Anyone that suffers with acne (Zits) may feel as if they spend most of their time searching for remedies. It is one of those areas where research has continued to make advancements in skin care treatment and prevention, as a result there are a variety of new products available.

Only doctors or skin care specialists can prescribe some medications, including the use of antibiotics and certain ointments. You are warned never to attempt this yourself as it could lead to serious skin problems.
Hormone changes are sometimes responsible for acne and can be very effective when used under prescription. Tackling this skin condition is not the problem it once was and if treated properly permanently marked skin does not have to happen.
